In order for your members to receive a FREE SwimOutlet+ Membership from us, you'll need to upload a roster list. Account First Name, Account Last Name, and Account Email are required fields in order to upload a roster list. For a better shopping experience, we recommend you include the additional fields we've outlined below:
1. Login to your TeamUnify account, hover over the Team Tools tab on the left, and select Members under the Membership column:
2. Select all accounts by clicking the check box on the top, left hand side. Click the Export button, then select the Custom Excel Report option:
3. You may unselect the fields outlined below in red (leave the rest selected):
4. Scroll down to the Account section, select the fields highlighted below in red, then click Create Report:
5. Save the report to your computer as a .CSV file type, and upload here:
*Please only include the parent's email addresses for accounts; do not list email addresses for anyone that is under 18 years of age.
