You can apply your credits during checkout. Make sure you are logged into your SwimOutlet+ account. The credit wallet will show below your order summary on the right and will display "You have $X.XX in credits...". Click on the "here" to apply your credits to your order.
What if my order is canceled or returned?
If your order is canceled before shipping, any pending earned credit will be removed.
If you return an item, the Plus Member Rewards earned pursuant to the Program for that purchase will be deducted from your Rewards balance. If you lack sufficient Plus Member Rewards in your Rewards balance, the Plus Member Rewards earned on previous purchases will be deducted from your refund on a dollar-for-dollar basis.
Are there any restrictions tied to the program?
Credit can not be earned on Membership, products from certain categories such as direct from manufacturers, electronics, final sale items, team store price locked products, purchase orders and gift card purchases.
Credit is earned on purchases subtotal, less discount, taxes, and shipping.
When will my 5% credit be available?
The 5% credit will be deposited into your SwimOutlet account after your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours after your order has shipped to see the credit. Contact us if you have seen any issues.
What happens to my credit if I cancel my Plus Membership?
5% credit does not have an expiration date as long as the Membership account is still active and/or renewed before the end of the Membership End On date.
If Membership is expired, all previously earned credit will no longer be redeemable.
What if I rejoin the Plus Membership after my original Membership lapses? Can I retain my previously earned credit?
All previously earned credits will expire and become permanently non-redeemable within 30 days of Membership End Date. You will not be given credits for purchases made while your Membership is inactive or expired.
Can I transfer my credit to another account (with or without Plus Membership) or redeem them for cash?
Our credits are not transferable, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for cash. See Terms and Conditions.
What happens if I return any item(s) purchased with earned credit?
All returns will be process back to the original payment method. As long as your Plus Membership is still active, you will receive back to your Plus Rewards in the amount used towards payment. If your membership is expired, no Plus Member credit will be refunded.
What can I use my Plus Credit towards?
Earned credits can be used to toward the purchase of any merchandise on our site as long as the purchase is made under the Plus Member Account.
