• I already have a membership, how do I use it/redeem my credits?
  • If you already have an active membership, simply log into your SwimOutlet account before or during checkout to receive your SwimOutlet+ Member discounts and access to your credit balance.
• How does the membership fee work?
  • The SwimOutlet+ Membership auto-renews after one year and the membership fee will be charged to your payment method. For example; if you purchased your membership on 10/8/19 the renewal charge will be made on 10/8/20. You may cancel your Automatic Renewal Membership at anytime from your My Account page.
• How do I cancel my Automatic Renewal Membership?

  2. Scroll down to "SwimOutlet+ Membership".
  3. Click on "Manage my subscription".
  4. Click on "Subscriptions".
  5. Click on "Active Subscription".
  6. Then, click on the "Cancel Subscription".
