Below are some common reasons your friend may not see or receive their offer email:
- The offer was sent to Spam or Promotions folder; if you friend checked these folders, you can always resend the offer from your dashboard.
- Typo in your friend's email; you can confirm your friend's email address from your refer a friend dashboard here. If there is a typo, you can send a new referral from the top of your dashboard.
- Has your friend shopped with us before? If so, they do not qualify for the refer a friend promotion and will not receive an email or coupon code. No worries, you can refer a new friend to receive your $10 reward.
If none of the above scenarios apply and your friend still has not received their email referral, please contact us for further investigation.
