Returned via Return Bar?
Eligible items* returned in person to a Return Bar will be refunded once accepted at the Return Bar.
*Select items are not eligible for Return Bar processing and will require return via mail. Items ineligible for Return Bars will not have this option listed when generating your RA number.
Returned via mail?
In addition to the transit time from your location to our facility, we ask that you please allow 2-6 business days* for our staff to check in the return after it has been delivered during peak.
Regardless of return method; you will receive an email notification once we have processed your returns and issued the refund or eGift Card requested. Please note that the refund amount from SwimOutlet.com will be reflected on your bank statement. The amount of time this takes to post depends on your bank's processing time.
