If your order has not yet shipped we may be able to change the shipping address or shipping method. If you need to change the items on your order before it ships, it will be canceled and your card will be refunded so that you may place a new order for the correct products. 

In order to get your items to you as quickly as possible we process orders extremely quickly, so we may not be able to honor all requests for changes or cancellations. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

Once your order status shows Shipped, we are unable to change or cancel your order. Please visit our Returns page should you need to make a return.
