In order to offer better insight into your earnings, we've updated Team Store sales reporting to include product returns information.
Please note, you may see a large number of returns on your account for Q1 and Q2 2022. At the beginning of 2022, we transitioned our returns process over to Happy Returns to better service our customers with a faster return program. When the transition was made, many returns were delayed in getting to us, and posted to accounts outside of the commission payment periods. Because of this, there may have been returns to your account that we paid you for in previous quarters.
We apologize for this error and any confusion it may have caused. We will withhold applicable commission payments until any overpayment is met.
