## How SwimOutlet+ Rewards Work

### 1\. How do I check my rewards balance?

Log into your account and go to the [My Account page](https://www.swimoutlet.com/account?view=membership) to see your current balance.

### 2\. How do I use my rewards?

It's easy to use your rewards at checkout:

*   Make sure you're logged into your SwimOutlet+ account
*   Look for your credit wallet on the right side below your order summary
*   You'll see "You have $X.XX in credits..." with a link
*   Click the link to apply your rewards to your order

### 3\. When do I receive my rewards?

Your rewards are added to your account within 24 hours after your order ships. If you don't see them after that time, please contact us.

## Rewards Expiration & Membership

### 4\. Do my rewards expire?

**Yes, all rewards expire 15 months from when you earned them.** This applies whether your membership is active or not.

### 5\. What happens if I cancel my membership?

If you cancel or don't renew your SwimOutlet+ membership:

*   All your existing rewards will expire and can't be used
*   You won't be able to restore expired rewards if you rejoin later
*   You won't earn rewards on purchases made without an active membership

### 6\. Can I get my rewards back if I rejoin?

No. Once your membership expires, your rewards become permanently unusable within 30 days. Starting fresh means starting with zero rewards.

## Earning Restrictions

### 7\. What purchases don't earn rewards?

You won't earn rewards on these items:

*   Membership fees
*   Direct-from-manufacturer products
*   Electronics
*   Final sale items
*   Team store price-locked products
*   Purchase orders
*   Gift cards

**Note:** Rewards are calculated on your subtotal after discounts, but before taxes and shipping.

## Returns & Refunds

### 8\. What happens if I cancel or return my order?

**If you cancel before shipping:** Any pending rewards for that order are removed.

**If you return items:**

*   The rewards you earned from those items are deducted from your balance
*   If you don't have enough rewards in your account, the difference is deducted from your refund

### 9\. How are returns processed when I paid with rewards?

Returns go back to your original payment method. If your membership is still active, the rewards you used are returned to your rewards balance. If your membership expired, you won't get those rewards back.

## Additional Information

### 10\. Can I transfer rewards or get cash instead?

You can use rewards toward any merchandise on our website, as long as you're shopping with your SwimOutlet+ member account.
