**SwimOutlet ships from the U.S. to most countries worldwide.**

Shipping times may vary based on your location, customs clearance, and local carrier operations. While we do our best to deliver quickly, occasional delays can occur.

### How Much Does International Shipping Cost?

Shipping fees, including duties and taxes, are calculated at checkout. Prices depend on your order’s weight, size, and delivery address.

### UK & EU Orders

We ship to both the **United Kingdom and European Union.**  
To simplify customs and delivery, SwimOutlet partners with **Passport Shipping**, who serves as the seller for:

*   UK orders under **£135**
    
*   EU orders under **€150**
    

All **taxes, duties, and applicable fees** are collected **at checkout** and are **non-refundable.**

### When Will My Order Ship?

Orders placed by **6:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday)** usually ship the **same day**.  
Orders placed after that time or on weekends/holidays ship the **next business day.**

Some large, heavy, or custom items may take longer to process and cannot be expedited.

### Is Expedited Shipping Available?

At this time, only **Standard International Shipping (8–14 business days)** is available.

### How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a **shipping confirmation email** with a tracking link.

International delivery times are **estimates** and can vary due to customs or carrier delays. We’re unable to offer shipping credits for late arrivals, but we’ll always work to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
