# How to Upload a Team Roster List from TeamUnify

In order for your members to receive a FREE [SwimOutlet+ Membership](https://www.swimoutlet.com/pages/plus) from us, you'll need to upload a Roster list.  In order to upload a Roster list, you'll need to pull a report from TeamUnify:

1\. Login to your TeamUnify account, hover over the Team Tools tab on the left, and select **Accounts** under the Membership column:

2\. Select all accounts by clicking the check box on the top, left hand side.  Click the Export button, then select the Custom Excel Report option:

3\. For the best shopping experience, we recommend selecting the following criteria to export:

**Member Section:** \-Age, Gender, First Name, Last Name, Roster Group

**Accounts Section:** \-First Name, Last Name, Email, Home Phone

\-Click **Create Report**

(Account First Name, Last Name, and Email are the minimum information needed to upload a Roster.)  
\*Please only include the parent's email addresses for accounts; do not list email addresses for anyone that is under 18 years of age.

5\. Save the report to your computer as a .CSV file type, and upload here:
