# How to Upload a Team Roster List from SwimTopia

In order for your members to receive a FREE [SwimOutlet+ Membership](https://www.swimoutlet.com/pages/plus) from us, you'll need to upload a roster list.  Parent1\_First Name, Parent1\_Last Name, and Parent1\_Email are required fields in order to upload a roster list.  For a better shopping experience, we recommend you include the additional fields that are automatically generated in the report.

1\. Login to your SwimTopia account.  From the **Reports** tab, select the **Athlete Roster** report under Athlete Information. By default, the report will be set to run for all athletes in the current season, including non-competitive athletes.

Change these setting as needed and click the **Generate Report** button.

2\. On the report results, you will see a link to **"Download Athlete Roster Data (CSV)"** option.

3.  Save the report to your computer as a CSV file type, and upload here:

\*Please only include the parent's email addresses for accounts; do not list email addresses for anyone that is under 18 years of age.
