# How to Upload a Team Roster List from our Template

In order for your members to receive a FREE [SwimOutlet+ Membership](https://www.swimoutlet.com/pages/plus) from us, you'll need to upload a roster list.  Follow the steps below to upload a roster list using our template:

1\. Start by downloading our template here:

2\. Open the template by clicking on it here:

3\. Leave the column headers in place, **do not delete any column headers even if you aren't using them:  
**\-Replace the example info on the second row with your member's info. Account First Name, Account Last Name, and Email are required fields in order to upload a roster list.  For a better shopping experience, we recommend you include the additional fields we've included on the template:

\-Make sure there are no extra rows in between your member's info:

4\. After you've filled in all of your member's info, save the template to your computer.  Save the template as a .CSV file type:

5\. Upload the template here:

\*Please only include the parent's email addresses for accounts; do not list email addresses for anyone that is under 18 years of age.
