Final Sale items include:

*   **Customized Items**\- Custom apparel, gear and swim suits are not available for return. This includes:
    *   **Personalized items** with added names, text, or monograms
    *   **Team custom apparel and gear** with added logos, team names, or custom designsPlease make sure you check order details prior to placing your order.
*   **Open Box Items** - Products sold as open box or previously returned merchandise are final sale. These items may show minor signs of handling but are fully functional and cannot be returned or exchanged.
*   **Grab Bags** - Grab Bag suits are not eligible for return. Please note: Grab Bag suits come in a variety of colors, patterns, and back styles (female suits).
