Most custom team orders take **10–15 business days\*** to prepare before shipping. A few exceptions are noted below.

## What Happens During Those 10–15 Days

This covers everything needed before your order leaves our facility:

*   **Production** — making your custom gear
*   **Customization** — printing names, numbers, or team designs
*   **Quality check** — reviewing items to make sure everything looks right
*   **Packing** — boxing up and preparing your order for shipment

## When Will It Actually Arrive?

The 10–15 days is preparation time only — **shipping is not included.** Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
